Big News from Adobe MAX 2018 for the Printing World

A couple of weeks ago, creative professionals ascended en masse to Los Angeles Convention
Center for Adobe’s annual gathering known as Adobe MAX. The event was part learning, networking, and entertaining and attended by over 14,000 creatives. Although Adobe grew up with the digitization of the printing industry and Creative Cloud and PDF are mainstays, many in our industry may have missed some of the bigger news from MAX. In fear of being the 1,574th article written about the conference (apparently 1,573 were written for the 2017 event), here’s what matters to the print community.

As creatives and analyst alike return from their trip to Los Angeles for Adobe’s Max conference many are left to contemplate how the announcements at Max 2014 will affect how they create and distribute their work. Adobe Max: Creative Cloud Announcements

Monday October 6th marked the beginning of the Adobe Max conference in downtown Los Angeles. Monday’s keynotes focused on announcements surrounding the Creative Cloud and new and improved mobile applications. Speakers from Monday’s keynotes included Adobe President and CEO Shantanu Narayen , Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella, and Adobe SVP and General Manager Digital Media David Wadhwani. Sessions included live demos of new products and further announcements detailing the continued partnership between Adobe and Microsoft. Here are just a few of the highlights from Monday’s keynote:
